The consulting assignment defines organizational objectives, resources and time limits. You decide at any time whether and how to proceed further. Measures are decided together in regular status meetings, objectives are realistically specified and timelines adjusted as necessary.

The project implementation is followed by an evaluation of the results of the consulting assignment.
